These are the meditations prepared by Our Lady of the Angels Monastery at the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament for the Eucharistic Stations which are located on the grounds of the Shrine. The purpose of the Stations of the Holy Eucharist is to help the faithful deepen both their understanding and appreciation of the Source and Summit of our Faith: The Most Holy Eucharist. Through the whole of salvation history, God Our Father has prepared His people for the Gift of His Beloved Son, and also for the Gift of His Real Presence in the Most Holy Eucharist. Throughout the Old Testament, the Eucharist was prefigured. And in the New Testament these shadows gave way to Reality This book includes 26 pages, with prayers, meditations and pictures. ESB

In 2007 I had the honor of visiting EWTN and the Shrine of the Blessed Sacrament where Mother Angelica was. I will never forget when my friend and I came across the Stations of the Holy Eucharist. Wow! It was so beautiful. I had never heard of them before and I was so in love with them that I took pictures of each of them and until this day love looking at those pictures as it brings me back to a meaningful time in my life ; this pilgrimage was one I never can ever forget for many reasons but it was also right before I became a Secular Franciscan Third Order. Don’t know if at that time this book was published but when I went to order something this last week and saw this booklet It brought tears to my eyes and I knew I had to have it. Well not only do I have my pictures I know have this prayer booklet which to me at this time means so much as I have been reading scripture abs taking bible studies and these Stations mean so much more aa they take me from the Old Testament to the New and it’s a journey I can relate to and understand now and I feel blessed by doing these prayers that draw me closer now to Jesus in the Eucharist. What a gift!
